6'3" 192lbs. I sweat when it gets above 75°, or after 10 minutes of hiking. Usually by about 7 miles my first layers are 80-100% saturated. Anyone else know this feel and how to reduce the misery as much as possible? Right now pre soaking my undies and headband are the only solution, so at the end of the day I am soaked in some water and some sweat instead of 100% sweat.
