>>2441297Nice! I'm still very much hobby level. I have a martha tent for oysters and lion's mane. I tried kings a couple times, but it's too warm here in all but a couple winter months to get them to pin consistently. I've found I kinda prefer branched and pearl oysters anyway, so no big deal. I only grow enough for myself and to share with friends/family.... both actives and gourmets. I don't have the space to make gourmets profitable and I don't have the "market experience" to make actives profitable ;P
