>>2813541Based. It sounds retarded but having some kind of plastic bag to use as a vapor barrier is a life saver. Infact I did a lot of winter hiking with trail runners using Reynolds oven bags between 2 socks. Sweaty feet, but warm. Now I always stick 2 oven bags in my backpack for emergency use. Also good for waterproofing sleeping bag/insulating layers.
