It went really well, and I now feel confident I can use up my 30kg of flour I bought at the beginning of 2020 over the next two months. There were some tiny brown bugs on the flour bags already, but they didn't seem to have made it inside yet, so the flour was still usable.
Baking my own bread really gives me confidence and assures me that I'm not a total failure.
