>>2679224Store your water bottles upside down and in your pack to avoid freezing. Wear rubber gloves under your mitts to prevent your sweat from soaking into them. Do the same with ovenbags over your socks (some people do sock, oven bag, sock). Eat a shit ton of extra food, your body burns a lot of calories just keeping you warm. If your toes get cold and you can't warm them up, stick a hand warmer in your mitts and put your feet in the mitt. A nice little toe oven.
