Personally, all you need is a bivy sack. Anything more permanent would be like something very basic and light like 12v batteries, flooring like a rug, LED lighting, cooking stuff, food/coffee, electronics, sitting and sleeping areas, maybe chairs or tables.
Rifles and ammunition, rocket launchers, munitions, drones, notated maps, written and encrypted orders, important books and manuals for use and distribution.
