I just found the most comfiest fishing spot ever. It's a long stretch of river that's knee deep in most areas, even the middle of it. It has a few deep spots that are around 4 feet deep, though the water is so clear you can see the bottom no mater how deep. The bottom is mostly rocks with occasionally large areas of pure sand. It has large rock formations that you can sit on in the middle of the river. Its surrounded by trees overhanging the river on all sides. Has carp, bass, channelcats and the most aggressive panfish ever. It could possibly have bowfin but I've only caught them many miles downstream where it's deep. Literally the best river I've ever visited, best river for wading into.
