I'm east coast new england, so it's late winter here, days are starting to get nice. I want to grow it indoors however, as I am renting this property and plan to move at an unknown time.
Is this doable, by just throwing pepper seeds in a pot, near window with sunlight, and appropriate watering, and it should grow even if slowly?
I did read peppers like warmth, however indoors won't reach frost, it won't be warm either. I saw a heating pad suggested.. but is it really necesarry..?
