I'm a scout in the army, stationed in Washington. It's awful to be walking in the dense terrain out here in the woods because as scouts we never walk on the roads or trails, winter is wet and miserable, can't use tents when we're sleeping in the woods, dragging all kinds of heavy shit around. I hate my life when I'm out in the field but it teaches me a lot of good stuff for when I can do more comfortable trips on my free time.
