Really enjoyed it, digital detox aspect was a lot easier than expected, thought id need to be listening to music/podcasts while on longer journeys but didnt.
Fell asleep early and woke early which was nice. Had a full week of sun which helped.
Tortellini worked well as food but then started having tinned fish and rice.
3 speed wasnt really enough, my knees were shot from the hills and probably the inefficient angle/seating position.
Had no mechanical problems, bike was a bit back heavy with everything on carrier. Handlbar bag would be nice for commonly used items as the paniers had sleeping bag etc on top so was awkward to root through.
