eh, we have three classes of licences here,
1) just basics, fishing rod, freshwater and ocean
2) not you can use basically any trap or net known to man, wanna trawl from a boat? go for it bud, im class 2
3)commercial, now you can sell to the public
for fishing at least, i don't hunt or need a permit for hiking or camping (even on private property)
i dunno, i like it, my money goes straight to nature preservation and arguing for fishermen's rights, not some greedy politician, plus the cards cool, has a little green fisherman on it!
also, never met a "game/fish warden in my life and I've been fishing for 28 years
plus you don't need a license if you are under 10 or over 65 i believe
