What are some of the better areas of PA to purchase land for future homesteading?
Was born in Lancaster but now live in Socal. I've always wanted to move back there and figure out how to homestead there.
Should I look for foreclosures, fixer uppers, buy a piece from an individual or website?
What should I look for? Any insight online would be appreciated, don't have to spoonfeed just not sure where to start in making a plan.
