AGDG here, I am going to add fishing to my game, but need some help with which fish respond best to which bait. Since we have many critters in the game we want them all to be useful as bait for some fish or another, I did some google searches, so far we have:
spider -> trout, bass
cricket -> trout, carp
slug -> carp, catfish, chub
snail -> loach, catfish, puffer
But I still have many other critter types and no idea which fish prefers them
butterfly -> ???
dragonfly -> ???
firefly -> ???
common fly -> ???
sea roach -> ???
small crabs -> ???
isopods -> ???
beetle -> ???
cicada -> ???
mantis -> ???
moth -> ???
scorpions -> ???
wasps -> ???
I know saltwater fish are not used to bugs, so they might ignore them, but if there are any exceptions please tell me, otherwise saltwater fish will mostly take other smaller fish as bait...
