listed as made in Kazakhstan but no tags of any kind to confirm that
this coat is raw in a way that you just don't find in western countries even at a local market
>nothing has been done to thin or soften the hide>the wool hasn't been aggressively sheered just trimmed to similar length of about 3.5 inches of fluff>the leather is blacked but the fur is not bleached or dyed and the different sections of hide have slight differences in the color and hair pattern >all the seams are triple stitched with thick stuff that looks like car seat or carpet thread >slight downside it is like 11lbs so not really ideal for distance hiking but can't be beat for sitting in a blind or drinking with the boys around camp >it was 13F here last winter setting a record and I went for a walk around the neighborhood with just a tshirt under it and no middle layer perfectly warm and even undoing top buttons by the end to keep from overheating all in all I think this coat would outlive me but I love it so much I may be buried in it
