I got a childhood friend. Sex offender. He parks his camper on a property, helps build cityfags summer homes. Pulls up stakes, (physically) moves on to the next gig.
It's cold as fuck, but this is high up the cascade mountains. The first thing he always builds is the gazebo, to establish an outdoor living room.
The plague initially pushed caravan prices sky high. This upcoming season is probably going to see some major buyer's remorse, if you are competent to clean/repair improperly stored ones.
