I’m not talking about England. I’m not saying the UK *is* the lowest population density in Western Europe, I’m saying the UK *has the area* with the lowest population density in Western Europe. Specifically Northwest Scotland, an area almost the size of Wales, with a population lower than Clapham Junction. We’re talking around 5 pop/km2. As for the wilderness point, as far as I can ascertain, Fisherfield (pic related) is indeed the largest wilderness in Western Europe. Though that depends on your definition of wilderness, as by some definitions there is no wilderness left in Europe whatsoever, even in Scandi which IMO has some of the world’s best /out/.
