>>1543328nah, its easy. you pitch the tent at sunset, away from any big trail and out of sight from any hut/city/trail. dont scream, dont light any fire, use as little light as possible, dont litter, wake up early and pack everything before having breakfast. if your tent/tarp is not of a bright color its better. above treeline it can be difficult to find a suitable spot
Also consider sleeping in a bivuac (bivacco) (open free hut with fireplace and sometimes bed)
btw cortina its a popular/touristic place so it will be very crowded. stay away from the main trails if you plan to camp

Tip: the wheather pattern in the dolomiti is like: "it will probably rain in the afternoon", so try to go out early in the morning and have some rain jacket with you
