Water bottle is most important as a container to carry things/boil water in. Sleeping bag so you don't freeze to death, though you still need to make a brush shelter. Warm waterproof clothes so, again, you don't die of hypothermia. Flint and Steel so you can make a fire.
But this isn't how you start out. You start out by bringing a list like this
>>325443, and while you're out there studying what's around you. Where fish hang out in the lake, where the edible berries are, how to make an effective shelter, how do I navigate my surroundings, etc, etc. There's so many small factors you won't even notice until you're out there.
