I've got caving a couple times now, usually with a guide and a local grotto group. Half of them used to be Search and Rescue so you probably most likely survive an outing. Crawled through a 30 foot tunnel shaped like a snake and the size of HVAC ducting. Pretty spoopy going into a hole you can't see the end of and solely relying on your lower legs and arms to push you through.
For reference I'm like 6' 1" and 140 and I couldn't roll around at all in the thing, only forward and back.
First time I went caving was just me and my girlfriend at the time, knew nothing about caving and just dived right in, I've got more shitty gopro pics from that trip if you want to see
