They’re just an AGM battery and a DC/AC power inverter, you can put one together yourself for cheeper and with more capacity.

You really can’t get anything worth getting for that money, especially not a commercial battery power pack.

I’d suggest putting together your own power pack with a power inverter and AGM batteries hard wired into the van's electrical system to recharge it when you're driving around.
