Anyway they spoke the same language and had this common belief in Immortality, the Sun, Orpheus. In the land where I live there was the Getae and Korbizi tribe, which believed in the ideas of Zalmoxis ( just google it if you want).
Anyway, the Bessi which controlled the shrine at Tatul had this Blood cult. Every few years they chose a high priest and a leader ( like total king). He had a mandate in which he was serving the Gods and the Tribe, which was for 3-5 years. After finishing his mandate they were killing and probably used Tatul for this. The bed that you see in the pic I posted before was the place where the new king was lying, while the old king was getting on top of the structure. There he was cut and through a canal his blood from the higher bed went down to the lower bed with the new king. This canal for blood today is black, which makes me think a lot of blood passed through there.
Now i will post the higher bed in which the old king was bled out.
