I've I'm on public waters it goes in the ice chest with the beer. Private pond I frequent I use a basket as the boat has no anchor or motor. I I throw the basket in when we are fishing and pull it up when we re locate. It helps keep the wind from throwing us everywhere. We have been pulling out alot of small bass due to overpopulation. Basically de scale them like a bluegill or freeze them whole for bait. Been throwing them in front of my game camera on a stringer to see what eats them. Ill be posting pics probably sometime next week. Should be cool to see.
If you think pulling small bass out of private ponds is wrong educate yourself before posting. Trying to get more like this guy in that pond.
