I use them for lots of different things even if I'm not planning on wading because it keeps everything up to the chest dry, and nothing is worse than getting wet aside for on select days in July.

I'd also never buy a rod without holding it in my hands as well. Plus tackle shops are more fun to be in, and you end up seeing something you'd never search for online. The only fishing stuff I bought online were replacement hooks and o rings.
>>1213446>Getting hung up lures on the ice. I filled up an entire box with topwaters I found. In fact I only bought 25% of the lures in my box. The rest I got from old tackle boxes my dead relative's left behind, found on the ground, or borrowed from my dad.
Just went ice fishing again. The pond is half open water. I'm gonna miss Ice fishing. But I miss casting too much to sulk on it.
