>>2767730>>2767981Just looked it up. I guess a law was passed in 2018 to require big warning labels on cigar boxes and pipe tobacco tins. Companies began ordering a ton of labels with the warnings on them. In 2020 an appellate court struck down the requirement. However, because so many labels were ordered in those two years, companies still used the ones with warning labels on them until they ran out, which was over the past year and a half or so.
