From what i gather you're looking to use a snap swivel and split shots with a whacky worm
Drop the swivel, its not helping anything, usually the slower weightless sink is the preferred action for a wacky rig and you use a jig head to do a weighted version, but in a pinch there's no reason a split shot shouldnt work
