>>1612726Nope, NW Europe. I do speak basic Russian, just enough to get by, but around Baikal you'll find some people who speak at least some English to facilitate communication. Or no people at all. Can recommend Tajikistan for hiking, Afghanistan Wakhan corridor is also worthwhile but can be desolate - quite special place - and I hear Kyrgyzstan is also great.
