G and H show the weighted swimbait hooks. Baits like the Zoom Super Flukes and KVD Caffeine Shads have little grooves in them and the hooks sit in those so they are weightless. Then there are a bunch of other presentations with jigheads and underspins but most of those are for panfish. Normally with larger bass baits you can use some sort of offset hook to keep them weedless. It's hard to do that for panfish though because they don't inhale the whole bait like bass do.
Running baits like that for bass takes some practice too. You gotta get the presentation right as well as feeling the bites and knowint when to set the hook. If you try and set it as soon as you feel the nibble, you will just rip the bait out of the fish's mouth.
