Not really weird, but kinda cool. Out deer hunting recently and found a well in the middle of the woods. No obvious signs of an old homestead nearby.
When I was a kid some friends and I found a little miniature graveyard, again in the middle of the forest. With a wrought-iron fence around it and about a dozen graves with names and dates dating back to the early 1800's. Later I went back into the same woods to take pictures and couldn't find it.
