>>775254I try and run some deeper diving cranks at these man made lakes, but they all have that ledge like 10' off the shore which is almost vertical and really rocky. If you even get near it with a crank, 75% chance the lure is gone.
I have never had a ton of luck with deep diving cranks anyway. I do much better with suspending Rapalas. Not sure why. I have also been a big fan of those Shad Raps with the goody curved lips lately.
