I'd grow microgreens or stuff you can grow on a rack. Things you'd want to buy in bigger quantitys, that would attract more foottraffic initially.
Talk to some small shops that already sell vegetables and give them a few trays to sample, pick shops that are still managed by its owner and have a better selection that just a random supermarket as to not waste your nerves
