This is just 1/4 of the main reasons why hammocks are fucking retarded. Literally the only negative about a tent is you need relatively flat ground, but I addressed that in point 3. Also:

Dont believe me? look up cross country race times for boys vs girls and compare the times. The average boy will run a 5k in about 16-17 mins whilst girls will be around 18-19 mins. Theres a clear separation, and the fastest girl is NEVER faster than the fastest boy.
