Rural leaf here. I really don't want OP to be right but I'm afraid he might be. I'm only sitting in a few acres, 30 minute drive to town (which is only 3000 people and and an hour drive to the nearest city which is still only 500,000) the guy across the street is selling his house and land which is less than an acre for almost double what I paid for my place a year ago (I've always been a countryfag, just didn't own a place yet.)
