There's a lot of hate here and nobody's going to read this, but I feel like I need to weigh in. I live out of a camper shell on the back of my ute for months at a time because I do seasonal work on farms and cattle stations. I could buy a house or two in some of these rural places right now for cash, but then what? Be stuck in a place where nothing happens 9 months out of the year? And by seasonal work I don't mean picking fruit and shit, I'm a veterinarian + diesel mechanic + MC truck driver, I fist cows and tig weld broken shit back together through inches of old dung and get covered in things that shouldn't even exist.
I'm like a dirty old farm dog that has no reason to be in the house. I'm renting one currently, but I've spent more time camped by the river and scraping myself clean in the river with a bar of solvol than I've spent indoors. I'm hesitant to post because I've been called a larper with everything else I've posted in the past, but there it is. There's other truly /out/ people here that might this reply a silent nod and move on
