No. I hate sitting for 8 hours. I hate doing the same things in every project. I hate whoever sells project services and claims to the customer that a job that takes 10 000 man hours can be done in 5000 man hours. It leads to hurrying, mistakes, stress and in the end the engineers get blamed while the project management causes the problem in the first place. The head designer left the company for these reasons a while ago as did four others. I guess I'll follow their path soon enough.
>What would you change about your job?
I want to stand, walk, climb if I can. You know, anything else but sitting for 8 hours a day. I want some kind of connection bethween the leadership and the guys who do the work.
