Couldn't use anything than a small hand mower anyway because the area is a bit intricate (a couple trees in it, narrow edges here and there and especially a steep, narrow corridor to the higher-lying part of the lawn, pic related, which you definitely cannot squeeze one of those seat-mowers through)
