For people wanting to see them, I suggest going out without scuba and shorediving rather than taking a boat. I suggest this because I have friends that only scuba shoredive or use boats and they don't seem them nearly as often as I do (maybe once a year or every couple of months.)
One time I saw a leatherback turtle, thing nearly made me shit my pants. The water was kinda murky and I thought he was a coral head since he was sitting on the bottom and I went down to see if anything was under it. Then the coral head zoomed away.
