The burner and a small canister fits snugly into the pot for transport. Not exactly revolutionary, but there is particularly little dead space compared to other systems I've seen (not a whole lot, I'm but an /out/ grasshopper), and it doesn't require a special canister to pull this off like the JetBoil does.
All in all, I say the Reactor is great if what you want is to bring water to a boil with minimum fuss.
