>>1947100You’re probably Leaving too much scent. Make sure all equipment is stored outside. Make a set and use coyote urine. Give them a reason to visit it. After they are not suspicious set your trap. Most successful trappers have sets made with no traps and bait and urine before trapping comes into season. Coyotes and foxes visit regularly for the bait or they smell the dug up dirt. This is what I’ve learned from S. Stanley Hawbakers book I just started trapping this year
