I have one of those cheap chink tactical waist bags (picrel) and the damn thing is too big for some things, too small for others.
Too big if I only want to take some water and a couple snacks, too small if it's gonna rain and I better take my poncho.
That is how I ended up with 4 different cheap lumbar/waist packs of different sizes.
