>>1829183Yes that was me! On my way in, I dropped a static rope from a tree and rappelled down a cliff. This allowed me to get to a spot of unpressured public land. I had to lift him 30' up a rock wall to get to my car. I first tied him onto my rope, then I climbed up myself with my ascender. Once at the top, I tied my ascender to the tree as well, and ran my climbing rope through it and used it like a ratchet to haul the deer up. Truly a miserable job, but it was well worth it.
I am limited on kitchen space, so I have a meat grinder accessory for my kitchenaid mixer. It works well, but you cant freeze the plates or corkscrew so you really need to chill the meat first. I wish I could justify a proper grinder.
