For me, I would like to have some more cubes and some better road going capacity. An XR400 would suit me nicely as it has a bit of power for the road and go well offroad. Looking at the bike you posted I would say you'd be sticking to gravel roads? that would be quite a heavy setup and a bit of a prick if you get stuck.
