What's /out/ top 3 mushrooms?
For me it's a tie between chantrelles and hedgehog mushrooms for number one
For second place it's "tragtkantarel" Craterellus tubaeformis, like normal chanterelles, but darker in colour and with a shallower divet in the top, even on the worst years I find tons of these
Third is definitely any Boletes, they are just so bland to me, young, large doesn't matter, just bland, still tasty tho,
Just when you've got number 1 and 2 all over the place why pick up third lol
