A top-of-the-line .22 caliber pressure tank rifle with a good airgun scope, costing over 1500 €.

.177 cal Chinese rifle that costs 20 € and can barely penetrate cardboard at 15 meters.
So...how much do you WANT it to cost? "I want it to be the cheapest and the best at the same time" does not work here.
