Had some asshole neighbors a few years ago, dude liked to pick fights with anyone who looked at him, even if that person was wearing full offroad moto gear with a handgun under their jacket...
One incident where a jeep "didn't see me" and made a turn right into my lane... lied to his insurance co, and it took about a year before that was resolved and I got my deductible back.
Couple other close calls.
Bunch of weird shit.
