but a hunter cannot hunt on non-posted property, if he is informed by the property owner that it is private property.
For instance; even if the property is not posted, the hunter can't just say "fuck you" and continue to hunt after being confronted by the
property owner and told to get the fuck off private property.
Otherwise even suburban home owners would have to put up "no trespassing" signs to prevent hunters from setting up a tree stand
in their back yard next to the kid's swing set...
Of course the easiest way to avoid this, is to buy a plat book for whatever county you're hunting in.
