>>1544253A cob is probably going to be the lightest, but meerschaum gets pretty light too. Your best bet would be a small, light pipe with a heavy bend. But I don't know how much lighter you're going to get than the little nose warmers you currently have.
Alternatively, if you want to be a high-speed tactical smoker, get pic related and clamp your pipe to it.
