Nasturtiums are the most prolific edible flower I've dealt with, but unless your apartment has a balconey I'd look for something else. Lavendar is always a nice option, fragrant, edible, beautiful. Or give Ulam Raja a go, but I'm not at all sure about growing it indoors.
