The seed potatoes (Kennebec) have been cut up. Only a small amount of potato was left around the eyes. Out of 60lbs of seed potatoes, there's 20lbs of eyes to be planted and 40lbs of potatoes pressure canned for eating later. I think that was around 35 quarts of potatoes canned. The eyes are currently drying out their cut ends for a few days before they get planted.
Volunteer potatoes are already popping up in every spot I've had potatoes in the past.
