in the pouch is my firesteel and scissor/file/tweezer leatherman style (great for innawoods/medical)
on the pouch I've duct taped 3 sizes of threading needles and 50 ft of thread for repairs/sutures. I've also weaved another 16 or so ft of paracord, so on my sheath with the two weaves and excess, I've got over 20 ft on me, and it takes up no extra room.
I got it set up this way so I can take this and a small med kit along with my geigerrig for day hikes, or slack packing to scout ahead.
