I asked a server at a local restaurant what kind of produce they'd be looking for and when asked about microgreens, even when elaborated to pea shoots, sunflower shoots, or radishes, they were completely vacant.
It REALLY feels like you have to find the right market...like I'm going to almost have to teach the community I'm selling to why this product is worth what it is.
